After a long period of negotiation, a new agreement between the Consortium of Swiss Academics Library (CSAL) and Elsevier came into force a few weeks ago.

Publish: the affiliated corresponding author can publish in Open Access, without additional cost, in more than 2500 journals including the Cell Press and The Lancet series without restriction, except for some titles still published by scientific societies.
